All the products on this website are zero net carbs, low net carbs or reduced net carbs, and are zero calorie, low calorie or reduced calorie, and many are also high fibre and/or high protein. We state the nutrition information, the ingredients and allergens for each product, and this should be read before ordering.
If you are wanting to lose weight and are confused as to what to order, a very rough guide is to aim for about 200 kCal (calories) per meal, and less than 100 kCal for snacks, making a total of about 600-800 kCal per day. Less than 600 is not advisable for health reasons. You can choose from any of the products on this website. If wanting to following a "meal replacement" type diet, made up of sachets of shake or soup powder and bars, then you could look in Meal and Course Replacements section.
You should ensure that you are getting enough vitamins and minerals and trace elements, daily. This can be done by including some vegetables each day, and/or some berry fruits or nuts, or by choosing a product with added vitamins and minerals, or by taking a multivitamin and mineral supplement.
Remember to drink plenty of water, especially when eating high protein products or exercising. Tea and coffee are fine.
We recommend not eating anything high protein in the 2 hours before bed as it could keep you awake.
