High protein, low fat, low saturated fat, low sugars, no added sugar, reduced calorie, reduced carbohydrate. 10.5g slow release carbs per 50g bag/portion. This is a pasta product, shaped as rice, and is not rice. Suitable for diabetics and dieters.

INGREDIENTS: Vegetable protein (soy, pea), Durum wheat semolina, Egg white, Thickener (seaweed extracts), Methionine, Threonine, Anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
