The KetoSlim pudding mixes have been discontinued by the manufacturer and all stock has been sold. A good dessert for anybody following a low carb or low glycemic diet, including diabetics, are berry fruits, with or without some thick double cream (with: only if you are a low carber).
Any of the shakes in the Shakes section can be used to make a pudding. Just add less water, preferably very cold (include some ice cubes?), add some thick double cream if desired - OK if on a ketonic (fat burning) diet like Atkins, and chill for a few minutes in the 'fridge. You can make this pudding into a mousse by adding an egg; separate the egg, beat the yolk in the mixture. Whisk the egg white separately and then fold gently into the mixture. This will add yet more protein.
