New to Avidlite: Nutrisaveurs Ready-Meals. The low carb ones (red label) are low carb, high protein, high fibre, low calorie, very low sugar, low fat and with no preservatives, artificial colours or flavours. Great for dieters, including Atkins, and for diabetics and healthy eaters. The Weight Control range (blue green label) are suitable for later phases of a ketonic diet (eg Phase 4 of Atkins, and for other dieters, diabetics and healthy eaters. They are not as low carb as the low carb range.
